PST and FST Conical Settlement Tanks

EWwS provides a range of 60° coned Primary and Final Settlement Tanks for wastewater treatment plants. We manufacture a range of tanks from 2.8 metre diameter up to and including 6 metre diameter tanks. 2.8 metre diameter tanks which are delivered in one piece. Tanks from 4 metre to 6 metre diameter are delivered in kit form for onsite assembly.

All tanks have a standard water depth of 1000mm but can be adjusted higher or lower to suit the site requirements.

All tanks are supplied with a circular weir trough with 90° V notch PVC adjustable weir plates. Steelwork, including handrails and kick plates, are mild steel galvanised as standard. Desludge and descum (adjustable bellmouths) can be supplied. 

Inlet and Outlet pipework is 160 dia underground drainage pipe, but alternatives can be supplied to suit site requirements.

We offer a dedicated site team with all relevant certificates for construction and safety to construct the tanks on site.
