EWwS have introduced their innovative NIFAS® RBC system for treating wastewater from 5 m3/d upwards. Once any wastewater treatment system is installed, the majority of operational cost is associated with electricity consumption and sludge disposal. Both these have carbon foot print implications. We have already built NIFAS® RBC system for 900PE plant in Belgium, 3,000 PE NIFAS® RBC systems in Spain and a 1,200 PE system in France are under construction.
